Articles will help you in more ways than one and they are very easy to produce once you know what to write about. You need to understand your target market before you start to write that way everything you write about will be of value to the people that will read it.

Articles drive people to your site as well as drive your site to the top of the search engines through incoming links. They help to build your credibility portraying you as an expert in your field which not only helps to build trust with your prospects, but also helps them get confidence in following you as their leader.

The first step to internet lead generation through article marketing is through education. You need to learn how to solve the problems of the people in your target group. It is the only way to get them to start seeing you as someone that will help them when they need it.

The most powerful position that you as a network marketer could possibly be in is as a solutions provider for people that would be interested in your business opportunity. The goal of all your marketing efforts should always be to get people on your list and continuously give them solutions and answers to their most pressing issues.

New recruits are not taught proper marketing skills. Instead they are taught to do the things I mentioned earlier, but the problem is, most of us are uncomfortable with approaching complete strangers about our network marketing business, so you will see very little duplication.

You are then told to start buying leads, but the problem with that is you will need to buy them month after month and even if you get people signing up it will never offset the cost. I don’t know about you, but I got into network marketing to make money, not spend it.

Building a solid foundation for your network marketing business starts with learning proper marketing skills and building your online presence. You need to set yourself up in such a way that people will be attracted to you and what you offer. You do this by providing value and never pushing or trying to sell people on your business or product. Nobody likes to be sold, but everybody likes to buy.

You need to learn and understand the problems your target market is going through, then provide solutions to those problems. By doing this your prospects will see you as a valuable asset because you have been providing them value by giving them solutions to their problems.

If you do the work needed to get yourself an online presence properly, then when people come online looking to start a network marketing business they will find you and be attracted to you because of the value in what you offer.

The question you need to ask yourself is: Are you going to continue to use the old-school method of building your MLM on shaky ground or are you going to do what it takes to learn the skills necessary to get an online presence and build your network marketing business on a solid foundation?
